Those that have left this world take a piece of our hearts with them. 

In those fleeting moments before I settle into sleep, I still feel them, hear them, smell them.  Those that shared their lives with me.  Those that took me places I had never seen.  Those that will live on in their offspring and in my heart.  Those that can never be forgotten or replaced.  They will haunt that special part of my spirit until we are reunited again.
